Short term lease (daily, two or more days...)

• upon takeover of keys guests present their personal documentation (personal ID, passport...) as an insurance that the guest will pay all the expenses provided for the apartment he or she leased and will take into account about possible damages being made
• potential damages are charged to the account of a guest in question and he or she are obliged to pay in full for the damage
• guests are obliged to follow the house order of the Nova Galerija complex
