Check in / Check out

• upon entry/checking in you are provided with the apartment set of keys - the payment is made before apartment entrance
• the apartmen is giving fully cleaned
• guests are obliged to submit their personal documentation – passport or personal ID – which will be stored in a safe and will be returned to you upon leaving the complex

• upon leaving the apartmen the official representative is accompanied to the apartment in question to examine possible damages to the apartment
• if any damages are noticed, the size of damage is assessed and the charge is being made to the account of a guest in question
• the personal documentation is being returned after all the expenses are paid, and the potential damages were assessed
